How do I track my shipment?
We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.We would send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered.If it still does not arrive,please reach us by clicking the ‘Contact Us' button on the website.We will get back to you shortly.

How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process,specify where you want your purchase to be shipped.It can be different from your credit card billing address.You may specify any ship-to street address.

Returns
As your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us,we offer the return and exchange instruction.Before you want to return goods,please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first.Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order from our shop,please email us ASAP.You could cancel the order before the item being dispatched.

Exchanges

In our store we take 30 days exchange or refund if you donot like your order.

Return We only accept below 3 reasons for returns.

1. Wrong items shipped

2. Defective items Unacceptable reasons for an exchange are: I ordered the wrong products, item looks different in the photo, color is lighter or darker in the photo, I changed my mind with the current order and want a different order, etc.

Your complete satisfaction with your order is our satisfaction. Items just fulfill the following situation; we will provide refund and exchange.

1. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.

2. Items must have all tags attached and original packaging.

3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
